The conference will be at the Pine Mountain Club Chalets Resort at 14475 GA-18, Pine Mountain, GA 31822. The conference will begin at 4:00pm on Friday, October 16th. The final session for the weekend ends at 10:30am on Sunday, October 19th.

Since our ministry is primarily to men in the marketplace, you can expect the weekend to operate a bit like a business conference. Each chalet has 2 or 3 bedrooms with various bed configurations and 2 full bathrooms. The chalets also include a common area with full kitchens, TVs, along with outdoor decks.
Our main sessions are held in the Alpine Center and Lake Pavilion on the shore of Lake Innsbruck. The room setup will include tables so attendees have room for their Bibles, notes and laptops. All sessions will be recorded. The recordings and all presentation materials will be available on the R12.2 website a few days after the conference.
New this year: Dinner Friday, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday are all included in the conference package. You will be responsible for breakfasts in the cabins. Feel free to bring snacks into the conference center.

We don't advertise and we don't send out invitations to our conferences. Our conferences are a tool to be used by our Sponsors as part of their small group ministry. They are the ones who make the invitations. So make sure to stay connected with one of our Sponsors if you'd like to attend.
